With the new event flow improvements, you can now create, manage, and assign candidates to events without leaving your workflow. See timeslot availability at a glance, create new events mid-flow, and avoid overbooking; all from the same screen.

How to use the improved event flow

Adding candidates to an event

   Open the applications table or candidate page and click Add to Event.

   View available events. If no suitable timeslots exist, click Create Event in the top-right corner.

   Fill in event details (type, time, duration, recruiters, job, sessions, and breaks).

   Once the event is created, the system returns you to your previous point in the flow to continue assigning candidates.

Inviting candidates to timeslots

   Click Invite to Timeslot.

   Choose an event type and filter by recruiter, creator, or job to refine your search.

   If candidate numbers exceed available slots, an alert will appear. Adjust your selection or create more slots as needed.

   Create new events or sessions directly in the same flow, then continue inviting candidates without interruption.
