About Pensar Infrastructure and Their Challenges
Pensar Infrastructure recruits a broad range of roles, as their team is a mix of people who deliver work on site (like civil, mechanical, electrical and design engineers, as well as estimators, and project and construction managers), and office based roles (like accountants, account managers, and safety officers). Without any one of their roles filled, the whole operation falls down. While they employ over 200 people today, they started as a one man band operating out of a spare room.
