Searching for specific forms has never been easier. Now, you can search for forms by their titles, which is a significant improvement from the previous version. Finding the right form at the right time is just a few clicks away.
We’ve upgraded the pagination system, allowing you to customise how many rows you want to see per page. This enhanced control lets you tailor your view to match your preferences, providing a more user-friendly experience.
Effortless Form Management
Managing your forms is a breeze with the new updates. Enabling or disabling forms is just a click away. Plus, we’ve introduced new columns like “created at” and “created by” to give you better insights into the form’s history. You can now easily track who created a smart form and when it was created or updated.
Simplified Form Creation and Cloning
Creating and cloning smart forms has never been simpler. You can do it effortlessly from the top right-hand corner of the interface. We’ve also provided options for enabling or disabling forms right from the start, giving you more control over your forms.

The first thing you’ll notice about the approval form section is its sleek and modern redesign. We’ve not only given it a facelift but also improved the user experience significantly. Let’s dive into the details.
One of the standout features is the advanced filtering option for both approval forms and approval templates. In the past, filtering was limited to just the title and state. However, with the new update, you can filter by various criteria, including state, entity, assigned user, and the requester of the approval form. This enhanced filtering functionality operates similarly to the job section of :Recruit, making it easier to find the information you need.
You can now customise the columns displayed in your approval forms. You have the flexibility to add or remove columns and adjust their order, providing a more tailored view of your data. You can also fine-tune the density settings to match your preferences.
Efficient Search Tools
Searching for specific approval forms or templates has never been easier. Users can now search by approval name or ID in the approval forms section. In the template section, you can search by title. Keep in mind that templates don’t have IDs until they are used for an actual requisition.
Streamlined Bulk Actions
Managing multiple approval forms is a breeze with the new bulk actions feature. Just like in the job section, you can select multiple forms and choose to archive or trash them. This easier process simplifies your administrative tasks and saves you valuable time.
User-Friendly Editing and Creation
When it comes to editing and creating approval forms, we’ve made significant improvements to provide a cleaner and more user-friendly experience. You’ll find it easier to navigate advanced settings and clear instructions, ensuring that you can customise your forms exactly as you need them.
Enhanced Approval Manager Search
In the approval managers section, searching for approval managers by name or email is now a breeze. Finding the right manager for your approval processes has never been more efficient.
