LUSH wins National Retail Association’s Customer Champion of the Year Award

Earlier this month, the National Retail Association (NRA) hosted their annual awards night, the most prestigious retail awards night of the year, at the Star Hotel in Sydney. The premier gala event acknowledged, celebrated and honoured the diverse range of individuals and businesses in the retail sector throughout Australia. 

The event was themed, “Make your mark”, for those who have made an impression in the retail industry. The NRA used the event as an opportunity to highlight the continued need for diversity and celebrate the diverse range of backgrounds currently in the industry. 

The conference space at the Star Hotel made for a beautiful venue decorated in soft pink light with augmented reality artwork by Eyejack Apps. Attendees enjoyed commentary from hosts Dominique Lamb, CEO for National Retail Association, and Charisma Belle of Sydney Drag Royalty.
