Contest Rules & Terms and Conditions
- The :Essentials Loyalty Contest is open to all users who log into their :Essentials account to check their talent pool (Expression of Interest).
- Users will automatically enter the contest upon logging into :Essentials and checking their talent pool (Expression of Interest).
- Each login during the contest period will be considered as one entry.
- The Contest will run from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
- The scoring will be based on how many times you logged into the software.
- The more times you log in to :Essentials, the more chances you get to win.
- Prizes are drawn every 3 months.
- One winner will be awarded a $50 Amazon gift card in the recipient’s local currency.
- A total of 3 draws will take place, starting in February and ending in June 2024.
- The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of entries.
- The draw will take place on the 15th day of the following month.
- Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in any fraudulent activity.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- By participating, participants grant the organizer the right to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Participant information collected during the contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
- The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may occur during the contest.
