Scout Talent training programs are tailored to suit your internal processes and support best-practice recruitment.
During the session, your team will learn all about the system, as well as best practice online recruitment and candidate management processes.
While our training delivery methods are flexible, many clients within the Scout Talent community find that on-site training provides users with a targeted and comprehensive learning opportunity using a real time application environment that has been designed specifically for your organisation.
Your on-site training will be facilitated by our specialists, classroom style, with each attendee actively learning as you’re guided through a training account to view the systems features, capability and benefits.
If required, we can also facilitate a recruitment workshop to accommodate managers of all levels in your organisation, providing insight into the system features and best practice recruitment topics to support a consistently high-quality recruitment process.
