Flourish Australia first engaged Scout Talent in 2012 to assist them with recruitment campaigns to fill vacancies; over the next few years, we helped them to fill over 100 roles. Recently, Flourish’s plans to expand interstate meant that they needed to mass recruit over a short period of time. To help them manage screening and shortlisting a high volume of candidates, they added AI Screen to their software suite.
