The Challenge

Flourish Australia first engaged Scout Talent in 2012 to assist them with recruitment campaigns to fill vacancies; over the next few years, we helped them to fill over 100 roles. Due to their high volume recruitment needs, they wanted to take their process in-house but retain the Scout Talent talent acquisition capability that helped them to hire so many suitable candidates.

Scout Talent’s premier talent acquisition software module, :Recruit, helped Flourish Australia to take their recruitment process in-house. The software allows their talent acquisition team to manage the high-volume recruitment process easily.

Recently, Flourish’s plans to expand interstate meant that they needed to mass recruit over a short period of time. To help them manage screening and shortlisting a high volume of candidates, they added AI Screen to their software suite.
